LBC has held my money for 2 Weeks - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

I made a COP delivery at the buyer got the item and paid it last 10/05. I called on 10/06 and was told it will be credited between 10/07 - 10/08. I called 10/08 and I was told it will be escalated and I will receive a phone call. I called 10/09 and said it will be escalated and they will follow up, but the rep hang up before the call end. I called in the afternoon and I was told I will receive a call in the afternoon. I received a text on 10/10 that I need to go to the branch. On 10/13, I went to the branch. They said they can't do anything and will escalate and send an email. I sent an email to customer service and commented on the page. I keep on calling, emailing, replying, and no one knows what happened to my money. Everyone is saying they will escalate. I was promised numerous times of a call back, but no one ever calls.
