My problem is the delivery service of J&T, they notify me, that my parcel is on its way/out for delivery(March 30,2021 @8:42pm). But no one call/text me to deliver .Shopee notified me parcel delivered.But nothing arrive.
March 31,2021 @10:14am I called the person which was stated in the text from J&T itself(not from the delivery person).Rider:Culanag Roel Maglin 639977569159.
He told me he was not responsible for delivering my parcel,for the reason of his name only used for that only(notify text from j&t).He also told me to wait for a call from that person who he called MIRA.
So i waited for how many hours, until in the afternoon 3:59pm when called him back to ask where's my parcel,i ask him also the cp number of the delivery person(MIRA) but he told me he don't have any contact number of that person and he don't know the full name of that person,so i asked him to contact someone who know how to contact that person(MIRA)but he told me he will give me number of thier admin but he never send me number of his admin even update of where my parcel are.
Until now my parcel is not yet arrive.
So what now J&T express bayawan?
I already paid that parcel.
