Aircargo Super Delay - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

I wanted to express my great disappointment with LBC. November 11, 2020 I personally brought my items to LBC main branch here in Qatar for Aircargo. I was then informed that the next schedule for shipping is on November 14 to Philippines. November 25, I expected that my balik bayan box already arrived in the Philippines but upon tracking my box to my disappointment, the shipment status is showing "Nov 11 shipment is accepted". So then I called every number I know that is linked to the branch here in Qatar, I even contacted through the fb account. "Ang tagal nilang makontak sa main branch " and then to find out that my parcel is indeed still in the branch due to the new customs policy. "Wala man lang pasabi sa akin". Fast forward, finally in the evening that day someone contacted me and then able to submit the requirements on November 26, 2020. Few days later I then received that my shipment will be expected to arrive on December 7, 2020. Today, December 17, 2020 my shipment status is still showing "December 10 en route to Butuan". And to my biggest disappointment, I was informed that they don't still have update yet since my Aircargo box was being shipped via RORO - sea transportation. Didn't I pay for Aircargo for faster shipping? Very disappointed that I have to keep on tracking and asking LBC about my cargo. Very poor service. Worst experience. Very time consuming and very stressful indeed.
