I have been religiously following up on the job order for the installation. FYI, I applied July 7. I had been told several times I will called on about it by the concerned people. Three weeks ago, two of neighbors got their installation done, why can't they do mine?
I was told that installation will happen after 10 days by a customer agent, by phone, who acknowledged my payment for the installation fee. The fee which is already posted four days earlier. I also wrote numerous message in the gofiber messaging system and thru email, because it is really difficult to get a warm person on the phone. 18 days na.
I will be doing my classes online (teacher) in a few weeks and I will badly need this service. If not for the present circumstances, I wouldn't be that angry. I would do with a slower connection. Three of us are also working at home. Can you do us a favor? Helps us and my students later , finish the work.
