Security Guard (Entry issues) - Consumer Complaint for Puregold - Head Office

Had a not so good experience in Puregold Alang-alang Branch, Alang-Alang, Leyte today July 8, 2019.
As i entered the store,the security guard (John Rey Baroy) asked for a certification or a pass ( which i do not have with me because most of the stores/offices no longer asked for it, i actually just left it in the car) when i told him i do not have it, he also asked for an ID, he said medical certification and ID is required to get in. Because rules are rules, and i being a govt emoloyee totally understand, i just stayed outside and phoned my husband to bring me my certification from the car.
Funny is while i was waiting for my hubby, a group of 4 or maybe 5 persons came, only 2 or 3 have identification shown and the other 2 dont have IDs but he let them in,the security guard let THEM IN just because "maghusay man kamo" (its ok to get in as long as you look pretty) Really? Ganyan ba tlga sa puregold? same time my husband arrived, i showed the guard my ID and certification, but since i really am not happy about what he did so i told him i wanted to speak with his SV because i want to report what had just happened. Instead of leading me to his superior he just reasoned with me, and telling me he was just doing his job. Really? Then you shoud be fair. The guard (Julian Gatela) on the exit door also reasoned with me telling me to just let it pass because im inside the store naman daw. He also said that "gawas nala lugod maam" (better get out of the store maam) Really? I really am disapponted with this, where are their manners, i am a regular customer of Puregold with almost all my grocery needs bought in your store. i hope you can do something about this.
