Modus! - Consumer Complaint for J&T Express Philippines

Yesterday we received items from J&t Mandaluyong which i did not ordered at all amounting 899 i wasn't here in the house and my daughter received and pay the parcel Senders name COS, this is obviously a MODUS, why you're not so strict in the first place with the name of the sender.. Pls. Do something about it and i want my money back
