PATHETIC "CUSTOMER CARE" FROM VODACOM - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I did the upgrade on my cellphone contract on 29 August 2020 at the Vodashop in Menlyn Mall Pretoria. I asked the consultant to help me cancel three data contract that I am not using any more. She phoned the cancellations department and I spoke to a consultant and requested that the contracts be cancelled. When I followed up on 17 November with Tyrone and Anele (on 0821958) I was informed that the contracts has not been cancelled but that they would cancel them for me and request a refund as they could see the call made on 29 August. This still was not done and the contract was only cancelled on the 26 November 2020 after I followed up again. The request for refund was not done either and was only done on 2 December when again I followed up. This is disgraceful service by Vodacom and I would not recommend anyone to make use of their service as they in essence "steal" money from their customers. And to put insult to injury I was again invoiced on 1 December!!! I have received a number reference number (1-34853139405793) for the refund demand that my money gets paid to me within a weeks time.
The numbers of the contracts that was cancelled is 082 328 4097, 082 706 5828, 071 610 4840.
