Not happy - Consumer Complaint for PEP STORES

I bought a mobicel fever on the 14th of January which is not working properly for me I go back to the store for an exchange the manager said that's how mobicel works how dare she tell me the phone works properly but for it is not all i want is to exchange it for another device
