LBC - Head OfficeIt's been 9 days since Wack-wack Shaw Blvd Branch has accepted my package. But the package has not been delivered yet to Gumaca, Quezon Branch for pick up. Sobrang important ng laman ng parcel na yun cause those are documents for my credentials. Deadline for submission of those documents has been lapsed and I'm very disappointed kasi di ako nakacomply. According to their FB post, lead time for South Luzon delivery is 3 -6 days pero di naman nasusunod. It's also upsetting that I can't even track my package. The last update on their site is it has been received at Wack-wack branch. Ano ba yun di gumagalaw since July 1? I tried several times to contact their customer service but Wala naman response. Even sa FB messenger nakaautoboot. Sobrang nakakafrustrate na. Please, help naman! I need an update for my parcel tracking no. 181386512832. Thanks
