MAKRO - Head OfficeHi, i am so unhappy with the service. i did my grocery shoping as usual on credit card and the tele didn't hear me say budget and she selected straight and i can't affort straight that's why i always select budget. I than queried and they said it can't be changed, i feel they suppose to double check with clients first coz it has a big impact and i don't want my account to fall in arears. please advise if the next instalment amount can be changed asap or if the headoffice can select budget on their system
