Hi. This complaint happened at around 4:30pm to 5:15pm, Nov 22,2020. At Shakeys Calumpit branch. I park my Car at the left front side of Shakeys Calumpit. Get off my car and take the order of 1pc large hawaian pizza for take out. I gave 2pc 500 peso bill for the payment. Then staff that take my order said that he will give my change and recipt at my car. So I get back on my car, spending almsost an Hour waiting (45min) time together with my two kids and two dogs. As time passes by, the kids get board and ask me to follow up our order coz its taking too long. We've also notice that the other customer had their order delivered on their car and get off, So I've decided to go back and ask the security gard. Kuya paki follow up ng Order namin kanina pa kami Dito. He go inside and ask the staff about my order. Then he let me in,and a supervisor or manager ask me kanino nyo po inorder? Thinking that my order was not endorse properly. No pizza was prepared for my order. I Just ask my money back and took off the place. Too sad for the kids my dogs, we've waited to long and no pizza was serve. Hope that your company will take action on these. Kindly give feed back on what action was taken. Thank you.
