Poor customer service - Consumer Complaint for OK Furniture - Head Office

I opened an account on match before lockdown was implemented. It was successful and on it I took a laptop and I was required to pay R500 deposit which I paid 2 days after. The item was not available in store so I was ordered the one that I wanted and I'm grateful for that honestly. The store had to close until further notice due to lockdown and I totally understood that there's actually nothing that can be done so I patiently waited the whole april month. But now since the store is permitted to operate I haven't got the item it's now 2 months with no update that I personally had to go to the store and hear about my purchase. I'm so disappointed that I the customer had to wait the whole 2 months and still waiting for the item I purchased in March to arrive. This is totally a poor customer service and a disappointing service at OK Ladybrand.
