I logged 3 complaints with appliances bought from Makro Amanzimtoti on the 6.12.2020 & 16.12.2020.
Ref 3 was logged on the 16.12.2020 and I was called today 29.12.2020 by the agent and was told that they only received a call today from Makro.
None of the appliances to date has been repaired or replaced.

Comment I bought a Defy fridge in November 2020.. It stopped working.. A fridge is the heart of any home.. We lost alot of food but the Return agents at cornubia branch are off no help and not friendly at all. Not a pleased consumer.
