Refunding initial payment bcoz the installers said no available slot - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

sinabi ng mga installer saken na wala daw available slot samin kaya irefund nalang namin kay converge pero ang nakalagay sa Customer's Acknowledgement Form is others instead of No available NAP Ports then ang nakareport sa inyo is not interested. Kung hindi kami interesado edi sana hindi kami nagbayad ng initial payment na hinihingi nyo. Pinaghirapan ng tao kumita ng ganyang halaga tapos ginagago nyo lang kami. Mahiya naman kayo. O baka naman gusto nyong matanggalan pa kayo ng prangkisa na makapag operate?

Same issue din sakin. The status was NO POLE ATTACHMENT.
It's been 5 months since I applied on CONVERGE. I already emailed them regarding my concern. CC with NTC.
Pero hindi ako makahingi ng updates due to my account were already canceled.
I have no idea for the next step regarding my refund. Hindi biro and P1500 for the installation fee. All the other ISP naman is hindi nanghihingi ng any amount for installation.
