Tax invoice not returned, service bad - Consumer Complaint for PEP STORES

On Tuesday last week 16th February 2021, I bought a few items for my daughter from Pep Elgin Mall in Birchleigh, KemptonPark. To my arrival at home I discovered that some items were small in size but one vest out of the two bought was worn by my daughter so it got stained, so I couldn't return it. On 22 February 2021 I went to Pep Norkem Corner also in KemptonPark, returned a trouser and one vest that I bought on the 16th, I was refunded but the store manager refused to hand back my tax invoice. Her reason being as per Pep regulations, they don't return tax invoices back to customers nor make copies for that matter.
There were other items on my tax invoice which were never returned, only 2 items were returned but I was denied my original tax invoice. Angie(manager) was rude and stubborn towards me as at some point I requested her to give me back the invoice so I can make a copy from next door, but she refused, she even left me by the counter unattended, unsatisfied. I was so humiliated, ill-treated by your manager.
I demand for your return policy in writing and for my tax invoice, a written and personal apology from your manager (Angie)
