2 packs of PureFoods Tapa already had opening upon purchase - Consumer Complaint for Puregold - Head Office

Hi,

I went to puregold Aguirre last Tuesday, March 23 and purchased 2 packs of Purefoods tapa.

Upon checking each item when I got home to disinfect then, I noticed the pack of tapa had a slit opening on the side. And that goes for BOTH packs that I purchased.

I couldn’t go back to the store for heath and safety reasons to return and change the item. But the products are still with me.

Hoping you can deliver a replacement in exchange of the said items
