Poor Service provider @ Shelly Beach Restaurant - Consumer Complaint for Ocean Basket - Head Office

Today I purchased 3 grill hakes for R246 and I was not issued with folks and knives and wipes. On the car I immediately contact the store and person on the phone was very rude, she said I must drive back from Margate hospital back Shelly restaurant just to collect folks, knives and instead of simply apologize for the mistake made. If this is your company policy how customers should be treated by your staff. It pity acceptable behavior and I will never go back to that horrible restaurant in Shelly Beach South Coast Mall.
