They sent my parcel to the wrong place - Consumer Complaint for PEP STORES

I went to pep in Brakpan voortreker to send a parcel for my mother but i only found out that it was delivered in a wrong place.clearly that lady was no even listen to me because she was busy chatting to someone else while she was helping me.
