Vodacom Fibre Cancallation - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Vodacom - Head Office0% customer service, I called Vodacom initially by the 5th of February 2021 to cancel my fibre and for it to be released they gave me SR210205-162464 and advise after 30days the line will be canceled. I also received an email to confirm that by the first of March 2021 my line won't be active to my surprise it was. Disappointed and Angry I then called Vodacom where thier agents gave me different versions and dropped calls on me as they couldn't answer why the line is still active. I then logged a complaint with Vodacom and spoke to Mbongeni an agent who advised I was mis informed and apologized and assured me by the 1st of April 2021 service will be canceled as the request was actioned and finalized. He told me to call by the 26th of March to ask for line release which when I was calling the agents gave me different versions again, I then sent an email to complaints again then spoke to another agent who assured me the line was released and services will not be active by April. I woke up today line is still active called vodacom again the agent I spoke advised line was supposed to be cancelled by February 28 2021 and advised me she will sent an emaik to the person who was working on the request and will get back to me. I am extremely disappointed and fed up with the service they have been giving me to think that I have been with Vodacom for over 10 years now I did not expect such poor service from such a big brand. It's 2month running now and I know I will still get even more lies as their agents tells you whatever to get you off the line. No one bother to investigate properly and give accurate information even their complaints departme
