Staff attitude - Consumer Complaint for Clicks Store - Head Office

I have been a Click's customer for many years. I liked to buy my facial products from them as I could use my U-Account points so Standard Bank stopped this service since the Tresemme story. I get my chronic medication from Click and it was always a pleasure ....BUT things have changed, Clicks at Cresta Mall staff chatting, very loud and ignoring you , if you do ask a question you get a attitude...but the WORSE is Nortcliff Square Cliks, the pharmacy staff are fantastic. But the floor staff have a terrible attitude, they don't offer help, don't great you, don't say sorry if they want to pass you. I will definitely NOT be supporting Clicks anymore!!!!!!!!!!!!!!There are plenty other places that will appreciate my money. Sorry that such a nice place turned into a unpleasant arrogant shop.
