We place an order last Nov 13, 2020, around 10 am. The rider, Julius contacted us and informed us he doesn't have a change for 1k because it's his first pick up for the day. We replied POLITELY that we don't have a smaller bill. Instead of asking us if we can do something on our end to have a smaller bill, he arrogantly tells us "IF YOU WANT YOU CAN CANCEL YOUR ORDER." My partner is so furious that he replied "GAGO" but translated to "STUPID" and the rider told us that we should not underestimate him and we are only ordering food, which FYI is where he gets his financial income. That is not good customer service and you should do something.
