I bought a 3 piece bedroom suit for cash from Bradlows Durban City View.
When the furniture was delivered there is no piece that wasn't broken. The delivery people left the broken furniture at my house, I don't know why.
The shop promised to send a new delivery and to collect the broken one. More than 2 weeks later, numerous phonecalls im still waiting.
Today i went to cancel the order and they tell.me about 14 days to get my money. What rubbish is that? Yoh i don't even know why i went to Bradlows. Will never set foot in there again.
The manager is rude and always ducking and diving.
