Irresponsible - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I still don't see how it can be deemed as an essential service. Eg I need a new cell phone cover. What shall I do. I know... Let me go through three road blocks to Centurion mall where those shop assistants can serve me at great risk and infect their famalies and as society suffers another lock down because cell phone covers are important items to be had during this difficult and trying period.
