Makro cancelled one item off the order of May, 3 2020 (R59).
Since then, I called many times (very poor service at the call center with hold times of more than 20min each call) and send countless e-mails with no response or refund. I spoke to an Call Center manager last week who promised that the refund would be done by Friday July 18... however, as of yet, no refund was received.
