Last May 1, I sent a cargo box to the Philippines. They said that it will arrive within 30 days if NCR then 45 days for provincial. June 2,my package was released from Manila port then forwarded to Bulacan Delivery team. From June 11 I have been following up with them, and all that they are saying is that an email was already forwarded with regards to my concern but still there is no clear answer as to where my package is located (i followed up almost 4 times still no clear answer to my questions.) We already went to the LBC Bulacan Warehouse but my box is not there. The tracking number of my package is 200092004297449
I know that its ECQ and shipping things might get a little delayed but if you will take a look at LBC Facebook page, some items as far as March are not yet delivered, they will answer your queries, yes but its all chat bot and will only give you the information from their track and trace website (which is always down btw) and also the rate of LBC is a bit higher compared to other courier services. I actually opted for their service and didnt mind to pay a little bit than other services here because I thought that they are very credible. But now i dont know.
