RIDER: CABUGO MARJADE DID NOT DELIVER MY ORDER - Consumer Complaint for J&T Express Philippines

I contacted him because I didn't receive any call or text from the rider. I got his number at the system. When I call him he said he will check with his co-rider, but he did not call me back and did not reply. I beg him to deliver it today as it may be my last chance before my parcel will be returned to seller since I already requested last December 04, 2020(holiday) to reschedule it on Monday(today) as we don't have office during holidays. I am really worried because tomorrow will be holiday again. It was really important items, it can't be reordered as I won't have enough time already. Please help me not to return it to seller.
