Activation - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

We received a router and wanted to connect but the Internet line keeps flashing, we phoned the call centre which told me to wait 24 hours then it will work, phoned again today and now they tell me they must log a call to activate it which takes 24 hours, so everyday another story, but quick to bill for it
