Rude manager - Consumer Complaint for Nike South Africa Head Office

My husband purchased a sweater and track pants My husband purchased a sweater and track pants from the Nike store in the East Rand branch about 2 weeks ago. The fitting rooms were closed which was understandable. When we got home as we live in JHB North, the track pants was pulled and you could see it was a reject on the item and today we got a chance to go back to the store and also cause we was advised we have 60 days to return the item. The manager assisted me outside the store and I was not allowed to even go inside and be treated like a proper customer, she was absolutely rude (Deon Mthethwa) if I remember her surname correctly, and said she cannot take it back and was giving me, the customer attitude infront of other customers. Is this how your staff are trained to handle customers? I need clarity on this because the pants was not worn at all, only when he got home to try it and then he showed it to me and packed it away in the cupboard and said we will return it when we go back to the store! I need someone senior to contact me because this is not customer service and as for that manager she needs to be dealt with for her arrogant attitude and no sense of customer service skills! from the Nike store in the East Rand branch.
