Customer Service Agent Attitude Problems! - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

First of all, I called on September 21 at around 8 a.m. and told the agent my problem. After saying that I need to restart the modem and he will get back to me at the time said which is 10 a.m., they did not call me back! Second, I called againt at September 22 at around 11:30 a.m. and waited for 1hour and 30 mins, imagine the time wasted just to get to talk to a customer agent. After around 1 hour and 30 mins, I was talking to the agent about my new problem which was that my cable was cut and he put me on hold for 5-10 mins which was dropped and redirected to a survey about their customer service. What a big fat waste of time. I called for the second time, wait time was now about 15-20 mins, and was answered by an agent and as soon as I was telling my problem, he dropped my call! I now called for a third time which was about 30 - 45 mins and told the agent that I wanted to speak to person whose position is much higher than him. He denied me this request and want to know my problem and for the duration of the 4 hours calling converge all I got was a service reference number or ticket number to reconnect my cut cable. WASTED 4 HOURS just to get a TICKET NUMBER!!!!!! POOR SERVICE! BAD AGENT ATTITUDE!!!!!!
