Vodacom Fibre - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I got fibre installed on the 1st of February. Wifi signal from the start. Installation team suggested to move the router. No improvement. I logged a call on the 22th. Calling customer support every day more than once. They never give me feedback. I logged a call on again on 25th.I phoned every day. No answers. Yesterday i phone, it was logged on the sistem that a tech would come out this morning at 8:30.No sight of any tech. I phoned call center about 10 times today with still no answers, no connectivity. And if I want to cancel I have to pay for hardware installed that does not work!!!!!!!!! What must I add to prove uselessness
