Vodacom blacklisted me, but they debited themselves from my account. - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I have been blacklisted by vodacom, I only found out now when I needed to buy a home, I was told I do not qualify because Vodacom has blacklisted me for an amount around R1399.
I had a contract with vodacom, which I gave account details for them to debit monthly. But I decided to cancel my contract with vodacom, they gave me a quotation of what I needed to pay, I paid the same day, This process happened in January 2021. Now on the 25 of february, they deducted 1399 from my bank account.
At Vodacom, no one accounts for, the issue of blacklisting customers is still not realised as a problem, and most consumers do not know why they are not qualifying for what they need to apply for, likely I asked why I do not qualify.
It is the second time this has happened to me, only with vodacom.
Please assist me, because I need to qualify for a home loan.
