Breach of Covid regulations - Consumer Complaint for Woolworths (Pty) Ltd Head Office

Unable to talk to a manager when I called the head office. I called 4 times and was told to talk to customer services. THIS IS NOT A CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUE AND NEEDS IMMEDIATE RESPONSE!
I have left my contact details with woolworths switchboard and after 2 hours I have still had no response.
I challenge a senior manager to contact me about this and explain why I have to battle to talk to a responsible person!!!
