Incorrect Billing - Consumer Complaint for PLANET FITNESS - HEAD OFFICE

PLANET FITNESS - HEAD OFFICEI opened an account with planet fitness which was to be cancelled last year. The gym continued to debit my account until I requested a formal cancellation. Thereafter I kept receiving SMSs and calls stating my account is in arrears. After 2 months of endless calls to their call center I finally got ahold of a general manager and furnished them with proof (bank statements) showing my account is paid up - they erroneously failed to allocate the payments. Now the nightmare has started up again, I am receiving calls from their debt collectors ( hybrid) stating my account is in arrears but I have a statement from PF showing my balance to be 0. I have sent this statement in endless emails and the issue is still NOT RESOLVED. I am so sick of this gym. Their service is pathetic and they harass you non stop. The call center agents are a bunch of liars. No one gives you the right story, the go around continues for months. Miserable company to ever have any dealings with, they do not operate in good faith.
