No network - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Hi to whom it may concern
I'm very unhappy with vodacom and the way they deal with my issues. First of all I sign up in September 2020 for fiber and on the 06 October 2020 vodacom delivered router and a LTE dongle, since then I tried to get connected after numerous calls to vodacom I only got connected in December. And got bill for R502.00 and in January 29 I got debited again of R1198.00. I call in and ask about it no one can give me any feedback where my money goes. Now I call in to ask when they will install my fiber,they gave me a date 18 February 2021 which they came to install. The line was ready when the technician left, i call in to customer care and was told to wait 24hrs to 48hrs before it's activated. 24hrs later they disconnected my LTE dongle which still have 121GB on it and left me with no connection to the internet. Very bad situation vodacom has left me in can't send out any of my quotes I do on weekends. If vodacom knew that they can't fix The problem over weekends why do they disconnected my LTE service with data on it that I paid for.
