Payment not receive yet june (2weeks) - Consumer Complaint for FoodPanda - Head Office

This is apprise to your good office.
foodpanda team our payment issue which is not yet received since 1st June 2020. Foodpanda multan team and also top managment of foodpanda not help to pay my payment. And also black mail to close your table etc. After my complain against city manager they charge fraud activity status to hold my payment and dely .Due to this we face financial crisis in our business because we are unable to pay rent of our shop &;;;;; pay electricity bills since two months, now shop owner warned us to pay pending rent otherwise he repossess his shop & our relationship with suppliers also affected because our payables increases day by day but we are unable to pay because our payment not released till date. Some of the suppliers reposesst their stock. We continuously try to contact foodpanda but nobody bother to response even not attend our phone call. Meanwhile we contact your helpline to know about our payment status, sometimes they said that your case is under investigation & sometimes they said that there is an issue because you change your Bank account but this issue rectified & your payment will be release in next payment cycle. Two months are enough to investigate but nobody bother to response. Kindly do the needful accordingly at your earliest convenience. Your quick response will be highly appreciated.
