Order was placed and complete and then cancelled - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Good day

I placed an order on Friday 13 Nov for a samsung galaxy watch at R299. Order was complete and successfully 0aid for. On thursday 19 November order was cancelled without any notification from Vodacom.I am highly disgusted by the service i received from your call centre agents. Nobody wanted to assist me because the order was cancelled. Please could someone assist me. Order number 136919 this is not fair that discounted deals are just cancelled. I want my device even if i ahould pay this again.

Further to the above. I have contacted your customer care team via email that i ahve received no response from to date. I have contacted Vodacom via your social media platform where they wanted me to confirm my personal details just to tell me my details does not match and they are unable to assist me. However i have phoned your call centre who could access my information with the exact same information. When i contacted your call centre they brushed me off by saying i was refunded what is my problem. My problem is your poor pathetic service an the fact that you are deceiving your clients into Black Novekber deals and not delivering to expectations. I paid a once off amount for this deal was successful and confirmed by digital planet. A week later i just received the refund. This is against the rules and regulations stated in the customer protection act. Digital planet never indicated that they are out of stock. The webaite never indicated theres no stock available. Vodacom never phoned me to tell me any different either. I want the item i placed in this order!!!
