Vodabucks - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Good morning
I received an sms on the 17 November.. buy vodacom bundle for R300 or Recharge with R300 by the 22 November, and get 300 vodabucks. I have recharged with R350 and have not received my Vodabucks up until now. I called in on the 17/11/20 @ about 15:55 spoke to Deliwe, called on 19/11/20 @ about 10:48 spoke to Thando who also had seen I revharged and advised me I'll be allocated my vodabucks. Called in on the 22/11/20 @ about 10:10 spoke to Thembisile whom has heard my complaint again and sent me service ticket number in regards to my complaint. Called in again on the 23/11/20 about 17:30, was advised by Kathlego vodacom will contact me next day. My problem is that as a loyal customer, I have recharged and expected my vodabucks as promised in the sms and have not received it. How was I to play my summer shake when I had just a few puzzles only 1 missing on each and felt I could have won. And those puzzle piece's expired in the 23rd November! On the 27/11/20 I recieved two sms from vodacom- 1.Dear Customer. Kindly note that your account has been investigated and checked. Your Voda Bucks are being allocated as per your recharges. Also note that certain offers requires you to accept the goal and/or recharge via VodaPay on the MyVodacom app in order to qualify for extra Voda Bucks. Kind regards, Vodacom Customer Care Aaisha Hendricks".
2."Dear Vodacom Customer. Your service ticket with reference number A2-KCJD-BF013O has been closed. Thank you Vodacom." Just an sms that does not give me closure about this and still have not being allocated my vodabucks. I am not happy about this even if being offered vodabucks now that my puzzle piece's have being expired and its frustrating to deal with services such as this as being loyal regardless the issues I have experienced and this morning I tried calling just to find out I'm blocked of the network!! This is terribly pathetic and if there's no solution to my problem I will take this up further.

Whilst playing the vodacom shake game I received vodabucks but as soon as I played the first shake the other four disappeared

I have just bought R 275 airtime - suppose to have 27.5 Megabucks to banks. As per shown on my SMS.

When I want to bank on the Same day - THERE WAS NO MEGABUCKS TO BANK.

I have an Vodacom number since 2000 (21 years) and I am changing to another Service provider who doesn't STEAL from their clients.
THAT IS AN EMBARRASSMENT.
