Please note that i had called the extended warranty department on the 15 th of February 2021 with regards to my washing machine not working.

I have made several calls, however, the machine has not been fixed. Despite my numerous calls, there is no response from anyone else regarding this matter. Its only myself that has to flow up. This matter will soon reach 6 weeks, I must say that your services are not up to standard.

I am very upset. I need the machine to be fixed as soon as possible.

Please could you give me details of the manager involved in this department to log a complaint of such unprofessional and terrible service.
