Fiber line not connecting - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Good day

I will like to express my dissatisfaction with regards to my Fibre connection
I had the fiber /WIFI contact from June 2020 and Fibre was only installed later September after numerous complains an calls finally technician came out to help
It was all good an well after that, now on the 6 November 2020 , at around 10am , connection just stopped and never came back
Tried everything from rebooting and unplugging , to restarting the Vodacom box and the Vumtel box
Nothing, every single call (0821904) we would do the same thing , unplug, reboot, plug, nothing, they have being escalating to a technician but since Monday no one called, I have being calling everyday with no joy
I called in on the Monday , when I think one of the most demotivated agent answered, even telling me that my questions are not logical

Its now 11 November 2020 , and still no one has called me, and no help or joy
This is very urgent , I did this escalated and sorted out today I have to work and my kids do home school, all out devices are connected to this, and now nothing can be done, I now must spend money every day buying data
Which is very unfair when I am paying almost R800 month for this service

I need compensation for inconvenience caused and to make sure I do not have this issue again

If not resolved within today, I am going to escalated further
