Abacus Insurance - Bradlows Account No. 19253330 - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

Bradlows - Head OfficeI purchased furniture @Bradlows insurance which I stressed I didn't need...I was told it is your company policy. My account has been up to date until Covid-19 struck. I have been emailing Bradlows proof that I am not earning a salary other than TERS, & to claim installments from Abacus Insurance. I got an email back from Bradlows...my request has been forwarded to Abacus Insurance who will be in contact; they never contacted me. I called Bradlows to inform them of this & Bradlows staff saying they cant help me as Abacus will be in contact yet I have been calling Abacus & they don't answer their phones at all or the emails. I want Bradlows to take responsibility since this is their service provider which is not doing what they are supposed to. Installments should be reduced and credits passed from time of inception for all insurance is my request.

I came to settle laybye and collect the item (coffee table).
I did the laybye at Bradlows Westgate Branch and reffered to Prominade Br for collection as they were out of stock, and they will contact each other to have the coffee table wrapped and prepared foe collection.
On my arrival at the Priminade Br it was a complete opposite
1. Not wrapped and on display
2. Full of scratches
I raised concerns of the condition but the personel said I need to sort it with the other br which meant more loss to me ( time,transport and now loss of interest)
I then settled for the one they have on display regardless of the condition but the staff refused clean/wrap & taking it iyt off their store for me and claimed Policy isseus instead advised me of asking random guys on parking to assist me.
IF I ONE WANTS TO MEET AROGANT CARELESS STAFF,BRADLOWS WILL BE THE RUGHT PLACE.
