I received a message from J&T that my parcel is out for delivery by Rider:Roma Junrey A (639223707707) DELIVERY!TN: 780809801250. I send a text message to the rider around 9am asking what time he will deliver my order and I state my exact location so that he will not find it difficult to locate my place. I got a response around 1pm stating that he can't contact my number. I replied that the signal in our place is not stable it is because of the bad weather. And I ask if he is already in our place. I got no response until evening. Around 10 pm I checked the website and track my order. I was being tagged as : Delivery failed due to customer unavailable. I messaged the rider why I am tagged as customer unavailable and got no response still. How come I am not available when I already contacted him and stated my exact location? This is the secind time around that I've experienced the same problem. And I know that the problem is within the riders because I've got a lot of deliveries for my past orders and they can deliver it in my location. And now this is happening. A very big DISAPPOINTMENT.
