We have no connection since Dec.11. We reported already at the office on tye first day since we are WFH and the children have online classes. The office said that there is a Migration and some areas are affected. But until now, there is no action. Our work from home and online classes especially online examinations were really affected. Here in Nasugbu and Lian, Batangas, we are 72 plus subscribers affected by no connection since Dec.11. Modem has lights but no connection. And all the 72 plus subscribers affected, up to present, we still have no connection. I hope immediate action will be done on this matter. We are counting on your immediate response.
