AVIS RENT A CAR - HEAD OFFICEI have been a long term client of Avis Sunninghill for around 8months. The Avis agent who did the last vehicle inspection did not have an inspection form to note previous scratches on the last vehicle I rented, and said they would note it upon returning to their computer. Upon returning the vehicle on 17 May 2021, they now say the scratches are from me. The scratches are also underneath the bumper which would not have been seen on an inspection unless the inspector got underneath the vehicle which they didn't. I dispute this completely. I will escalate this further if need be as I am being falsely accused and charged for something which is not caused by me.
