I request a site transfer March first week to make sure Converge has enough time to process and allow leeway for any delays. I completed the requirements and followed up religiously. I specifically mentioned the date of transfer as i need to move from my old to a new apartment on March 29. Prior to my movement, i have been calling to get updates from the site transfer team. I spoke to so many employees telling the same story all over again whenever I call and I get the same freaking response from all your agents! No follow thru, mo response from site transfer, no updates when i requested to keep me posted. Nothing! I dont have any delays in my payments and your csr and site transfer team are very incompetent! I am working from home and I dont have internet since April 1! Do you know how much i lost from not being able to work??? And now, i requested to temporarkly disconnect my account until you are able to reinstall, they decline bec. I have to wait for the installation to happen!! So you mean i have to pay my monthly dues without using the service?? RIDICULOUS! They keep telling me it has been escalated and prioritize, well guess what, your team does not have sense of urgency! No update on the delay, no phone number to call the right people, nothing! This really sucks! You people have to change your process. Prinopromote ko pa naman kayo sa mga relatives ko. I hope no one has to undergo this crappy service! Read the notes in my call logs. I have to pay whenever i need to call you! Do you know how much that costs considering the pandemic?? Every penny counts and you people dont seem to care! Not single one of your customer service cared to get back to me when i requested to! I am very very mad. No one deserves this.

this is exactly whats happening to me right now, sent them notice april 15, may 11 na, puro templates nakukuha ko na response, i don't even think mga agents nila nagbabasa ng interactions galing sa customer ... i am now requesting a permanent cancellation kase continous ako na bbill at hindi nagagamit ang service, kahit ang request ko na ganun hindi pa rn nila napprocess ...
