Rude & Unfriendly Employee - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

This is not my first time to encounter their rude attitude at the branch so i decided to take some actions..

I tried to be friendly to them so atleast i can get some smile on their face and a little kindness.But i was wrong..i own a online page but just started to offer a COD & COP which LBC is offering.I send parcles almost everyday and i’m really trying to understand them but with the way they talk to customers is really something bad.they are not profesional dealing to customers and you can feel that they dont love their job.

Tagalog lang para maintindihan ni ate girl APPLE JEAN ESCOBAR. wag kang mataray at arogante sa mga client nyo.pag walang client WALA KANG TRABAHO, madaming courier service na pwedeng gamitin. Sinasayang mo ang effort ng Marketing nyo at binabayad sa mga advertisement para dumami ang client nyo tapos ikaw APPLE JEAN ESCOBAR ang haharap, malamang hindi na uulet ang client na magpadala using LBC.
Naka assign xa sa CITYLAND 10 Tower 1 branch.

Same here sa tandang Sora Branch. They don't know what customer service is. Unang una kung napapagod na kayo dahil sa dami ng nagpapadala sa inyo it's not our fault we the customers trabaho nyo yan first and formost alam nyo ang pinasok nyong trabaho. Utang na loob dapat laging maayos kayong makipagusap sa customers nyo kasi kung wala kayong customer walang ipapasweldo sa inyo. Nakakabwisit lang akala nila mababang uri ng nilalang ang kausap nila kasi yon lng ang afford magpa lbc. Kahit pulubi pa yan o presidente ang pumasok sa vicinity nyo dapat kausapin nyo ng maayos.
