Bad service - Consumer Complaint for Clicks Store - Head Office

I was at clicks Eastgate yesterday, the Maybelline consultant was chatting to a friend and I was told I would be helped later, then proceeded to tell me she doesn’t have foundation testers so I can’t be assisted. She was extremely rude and her colleague. I refuse to shop at clicks anymore and will buy my cosmetics from woolies where their friendly and helpful staff sold me a foundation without testers, because they actually wanted to help. I am disgusted and left your store feeling rather disappointed. In these difficult times you think service and sales would be their top priority.
