Accused of stealing - Consumer Complaint for Clicks Store - Head Office

On the 3rd April 2021 I went to purchase medication from Clicks Cresta, my number was called and went to the pharmacist on duty, I asked for a bottle of mybulen and adcodol, he went to get the stuff for me and after I gave him my details while he was still packaging my items I asked if he can give me a price on the deworming for adults and children, he went to get them and came back to check the price for me and realized the mybulen was not on the counter, he asked me if I had taken the mybulen from the counter and I answered him by saying why would I take the mybulen if it wasn't packed yet, so he looked at me as though I had taken it which I said why dont you check the cameras if you think I have taken the medicine. He told me to open my handbag so he could look inside to see that I didn't take the mybulen so I opened my bag as per his request, he stuck his hand inside my bag and pulled out an open container of my used mybulen and said here it is, which I answered by saying no its not that is mine as I took it out his hand and opened the container so he could see I did not steal his mybulen like he implied.

By this time I was furious as he actually honestly thought I had stolen the mybulen, after I opened the used container he turned around and said to me, why do you need more medicine if you have some mybulen left, which I answered by saying it had nothing to do with him. I was gobsmacked that he actually accused me of stealing medicine from counter and didn't even apologize after. He handed me the basket with the medicine and I proceeded to the tills to pay in shock.

I went to the tills to pay for my goods and called the store manager to explain what had just happened and after I opened my mouth by mentioning the Pharmacy he said maam the pharmacy has their own manager so you need to go lay a complaint with their manager. At this stage I am even more cross as no one is willing to help me and I am being pushed from one side of the shop to the other. I walk with my 6 year old daughter back to the back of the store where dispensary is and waited in the long line to talk to the manager. After waiting 15 min I went to the front and asked one of the pharmacists on duty who the manager in charge was, only to be told its the gent Felix that just accused me of stealing medicine from him. He over heard me asking and came to the counter where I said to him that I am not happy that he accused me of stealing and I am going to report him to head office, and he turned around and said I didn't accuse you. So I asked him if looking in my bag was not considered accusing me of stealing and he clicked his tongue at me and walked away.

I find this absolutely disgusting and as customer that spends thousands at Clicks on a monthly basis I find this totally unacceptable to say the least. I did not and will not take this lightly and I want this resolved else I will take this further and have this placed all over social media until something is done about this gent.

This is disgusting customer service and by no means should any innocent customer be made to feel like a criminal for your staff's mistakes of not knowing where they put the medicine.
