To whom it may concern -
I had a account with you before and the service was real bad. I decided to give it a bash and order a laptop online after a few years but hey still the same. I called in to check on my order waited 30 min on a call that am paying for - then the lady corrected me on her name in a way that I insulted her. I was willing to spend and open a contract but sorry to say I will never ever take up Vodacom as people cant even speak proper English then puts me on hold for 45 min - I called in 3 times with staff just transferring me from one person to the next. Your transferring of calls to the departments are also not very good as it gives you departments that are not even listed for me as a new client. Am sorry to say am not been funny and don't often complain but never in my life have I had bad service from anyone - even the car guards do a better job then your call center staff.
I would be very impressed if you even bother getting back but hey Vodacom sucks - Ambagsman need to be notified. I work as a Receptionist for a Shipping company and we are the front line of the company - clearly your staff need to go on a frontline course.
