It's been a week, item is not yet delivered - Consumer Complaint for Puregold - Head Office

I have been trying to call puregold jr sta cruz branch and no one is answering. It has been a week since we bought a sanyang cabinet for 8k plus. Delivery fee has been paid, yet it hasn't been delivered. I keep calling and calling them just to follow up. They do not seem to care and just brush me off. I already informed them the need to deliver this. But they are not doing it. This is so unprofessional!
