My friend in Stilfontein NW sent me a parcel via Paxi at the civic centre Peps. She went in on the 9th June 2020, but didn't receive a parcel number or sms confirming the parcel had been received. I contacted her on the 19th June to ask her for a tracking number as I hadn't received the parcel. She went into Peps, but they were not helpful at all. After much todo with them, we finally managed to get the tracking information from them today..24th June 2020 and it appears that the parcel was only collected by the paxi couriers on the 19th June 2020...after my friend had gone to to query it. I would like to know what Pep staff had done with my parcel and why it took 10 days then for it to even be collected by paxi?? When it should have already been with me and now it is only in Jhburg, and much longer must I wait for my parcel which should have only taken 9 days. This really is not good enough.

Pep Montclair mall, in Durban needs to receive a new Pep paxi scan machine. Their machine has been taken for repairs countless times according to the Pep employees. I use pep paxi courier on a daily bases and this pep branch continuously has no scanning machine for more than two months. Always being told that it is taken for repairs.

2 Pakkies is op 1 Oktober 2020 ingegee by Pep Cell in Carnival Mall. Op 7 Oktober(vandag) navraag gedoen en moes uitvind dat my twee pakkies nog steeds in die winkel le. Nog glad nie opgetel deur courier nie. Hul diens se 7-9 dae vir aflewering. Nou wonder ek aangesien die pakkies nog in winkel is of dit binne twee dae by my kliente gaan wees?
Pakkie nr's D530600251413 en D530600251983. Gewoonlik word die pakkies vroeg in die oggend opgetel. So nou weet ek nie!!!

Used Paxi at Pep Cato Ridge.
Did not receive a tracking number and the number on my Paxi invoice is invalid.

My urgent parcel was dropped by Pep cambridge Johannesburg yesterday midday, up to end of today its showing still in shop. This is my first time using the service and want the parcel in Durban before Friday. I am gettin so nervous now. Customer care tried calling the dhoo but there was no answer. Unbelievable!!

On 18 December I bought the bag from Pep Store in Vereeniging to us to send Christmas gifts to my children in Benoni. They picket the parcel up today, but what a disgrace!! There were a hole in the bag and everything inside were distroyed!! Every single thing!! If the parcel was just dropped, it couldn't have done that amount of damage. The content were destroyed on purpose!!! Even the tin cookie jars were flattened!!! The total value of that content far exceeded R1000!!! I will never ever make use of that couriers and I will make sure that nobody whome U know, will do. It is absolutely disgusting!!!!

RUBISH SRVICE AND RUBISH STAFF. I SENT MY SICK FATHER IN LAW A PARCEL FOR CHRISTMAS BECAUSE WE COULD NOT GO SEE HIM HE LIVES IN BLOEMFONTEIN 6 HOURS AWAY. SO WE SENT HIM PHOTOS I FRAMES I PACKAGE THE TO BE SAVE FOR NORMAL TRAVEL BUT NOOOOOO THEY DROVE THEIR TRUCK OVER IT BECAUSE IT IS BROKEN. ALL 3 OF MY FRAMES AND GLASS .
THEY ARE RASIST AND DO NOT TREAT WHITE PEOPLE AS CUTOMERS..AS IF I OWE THEM ANYTHING ITS YOUR JOB WHY DONT YOU JUST DO WHAT YOU ARE OAID TO DO!!!!!!!

Hi, My parcel was sent from JHB by a friend of mine who was travelling out of the country the very same day they sent the parcel . They made a mistake o registering my cell number and i never received the SMS. I asked the sender to share with me the SMS they got when they sent the parcel , the one with the tracking number . I went to check with the Shop in Nelspruit Illanga mall that received my parcel and the parcel is there but i cannot get it because i do not that the pin . I contactected the service center to resend the SMS to me and they said they require the Sender to request this . The sender lost her SIM card as she was only visting RSA for a short period and when she tries to chat on Whatsapp with the BOT there is no success. I need to have my parcel now . Surely by providing my ID with a photograph , proof of Res etc that can be sufficient for my Parcel to be released

Hey, my friend in klerksdorp sent me a percal(documents) to be specific and when he sent them they were dry but when i went to collect them they were wet and those are my most important documents without them in my life im useless so i want to know what really happened and how is that even possible that someone sent things dry and I received them wet

Am very disappointed in paxi,since 9 February 2021 waiting for my parcel is tried to contact customer care,i have use Facebook and what's but no help,when i tracked the parcel is still in Johannesburg hub

I really dont understand why it would take 9 days to receive a parcel from Pretoria to Midrand.

I am not happy about the slow service.

I am so disappointed by your poor service I sent my parcel last Saturday from George to Butterworth suppose took 3-5 Business days but it is still in Johannesburg.

Poor service at pep Polokwan rissik street.
